Wyatt 5 Months Old

He makes my heart so full.  He's such a beautiful doll.

Fun things about Wyatt at 5 months:

• He's a drool machine.  I'm talking - he will be soaked within a matter of minutes if he doesn't have his drool bandana on.  Silly baby.
• He likes to be nursed to sleep.  I never allowed this with my other babies... but he's MY baby.  My last baby.  So he's spoiled.  Luckily (not so lucky for us - but lucky for him) we never leave him with anyone so it doesn't really matter.  I'm always around to do it and I enjoy snuggling him.
• He still has a goopy eye that makes the corner of his eye chap sometimes.  The kids have started calling him cheese eye.
• He's still the best snuggler ever.  He particularly loves to snuggle with his mommy.  He gets so excited when he sees me.
• He's getting stronger and can lift his head high when on his belly.  He's rolled from front to back a couple times.  But only when he gets there himself.  If you put him on his belly he will just get high centered and wiggle around fussing.
• He's had baby oatmeal about 4 times.  The first two times he did great except for his silly little tongue that was trying to figure out what to do.  The second 2 times he PROJECTILE vomited all over the place.  The first time we were at Buffalo Wild Wings and he had 4 rounds of massive projectile vomit.  It was insane.  He also did it the rest of the ride home.  I've stopped giving it to him for a while.  We'll try again when he's 6 months.
• He's still so happy.  He's just a ball of smiles and giggles.  Please stay that way forever.
• He gets up once or twice a night now.  Such a big boy.  It's usually only once though.
• He's in size 2 diapers.  I had to pause and soak up putting the last size 1 diaper on.  He's my dolly.
• He loves to hold things.  He's at the stage where he'll try to grab whatever you put in front of him but it's hard for him to hold on to it.  But he loves to try and of course it goes in his mouth immediately.
• He loves to laugh at the game 'peek-a-boo'.  It's his favorite.
• Adelyn loves to go into his room and be the DJ.  She'll turn on the songs on his swing.  His favorite song is the "Smiley Wiley" song.  She turns it on for him whenever he's awake.  Sometimes she goes in there to turn it on while he's asleep because "He likes it mommy!"  This makes mommy very angry - and no, he doesn't like it when he's sleeping and suddenly his room sounds like Disneyland.
• The kids love to be with him.  They love to snuggle him and make him laugh.  He's still everyone's favorite.
• He makes the highest pitch squealy sound when he's about to eat.  It's not quite a cry... just a really high pitched squeal that's hilarious.
