December Randoms

I took a lot of pictures of Wyatt sleeping this month because we took the rail off the toddler bed.  Plus he's such a beautiful baby.... how could I not?

 

Boonie had his first orchestra concert this month.  Both Mason and I were blown away at how great the kids sounded.  Boonie loved playing with the whole orchestra.  They did a great job!  It's also fun for him because his buddy Peyton plays the violin so it's something else they get to do together.

I had my annual Christmas party with my friends from the island.  It's always so fun to get together with these ladies.  Misha Paulza, Renee Peterson, Jennifer Hales, Andie Bott, Amy Lacey, me, Lindsey Kelstrom.

We babysat Carma and Scott Park's baby granddaughter, Maylie, while they all went to the temple one day.  She was so adorable and the kids loved playing with her.  I had to snap a picture of her and Boonie bc she looked so tiny next to him.

Leybas Christmas

 We celebrated Christmas with the Leybas side the Wednesday after Christmas.  Kyle's family came down.  We borrowed the Welker's snow mobile and pulled kids around on sleds on the back lot.  We had chicken noodle soup and hung out for a while.  It was Kyle and Stacy's anniversary so we had to celebrate with a picture of them.

The next day we got together and the cousins choreographed a mini show of the Nutcracker.  They did individual family dances and dances all together.  Then they performed it for my parents as a surprise.  It was very nostalgic for all of us being we always performed this in our childhood every Christmas.

We did a gift exchange and went bowling.  Kyle made a tribute to the Arizona house that my parents moved out of full of our childhood movies.  It was special and many tear were shed as we watched that video together as the kids watched a movie downstairs on a projector.  Time is such a fast moving odd thing.
