Halloween 2017

Halloween... one of my favorite holidays!! This year we had Kilo Ren, Elsa, and Dorothy.

We started the day off by attending Boonie's school parade and got this amazing picture.  Then the girls and I headed out to explore all the festivities that Logan has to offer.  There is always SO much to do!

We had lunch at IHOP and the girls made scary faced pancakes for lunch with the Barrett's.

Then we headed downtown to do some trick or treating at the shops.

I went as a scarecrow holding a pumpkin - Dorothy's scarecrow.

Then we met up with Boonie, went to the haunted house at Lee's marketplace, and then went to the Trunk or Treat on Johnson Road.  After that we rode on trailors and our 4-wheeler and went trick or treating on Hollow Road.  It was an action packed day!

Happy Halloween!!

Dorothy

Once upon a time I had a darling little girl that I knew I would only have the opportunity to dress up for Halloween a couple more times before she started to have an opinion on what she wore.  Once upon a time that same little girl made the most adorable Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz ever and she had to have her own photo shoot to prove it.

My baby girl... isn't she precious?

I had to call Mason to come over from work to get the real smiles.  Once Daddy showed up she was beaming.  She makes my heart burst.

Grandma Visits

It's always fun when Grandma comes!!  We started her visit off with a trip to Cornbelly's down at Thanksgiving Point.  That place is so magical and fun!

Grandma had been wanting to visit when it Logan was in full fall effect with all it's leaves.  She picked the perfect week to come.  She had fun playing in the leaves with the kids.

We took her to the Pumpkin Walk to see all the displays.  It was a chilly morning.  She always brings the snow when she comes... although I don't think it snowed this time... but it could have!

And then we took grandma out on the 4-wheeler.  She was certainly in her element.
