Danielle's girls Estelle and Iris came out to visit from France for a couple weeks this summer. They stayed with Tom and Laura. We had them come up to our house the day before the reunion and they had a great time getting to know the kids. I was amazed at how friendly and sweet these preteen girls were. We just love them!
Tom and Laura rented a house near Bear Lake again. We spent a day on the lake, ate yummy food, and went to a Pickleville playhouse show. I love summer.
The kids tried wake boarding. Boonie did great and got up this year. Marae was terrified. She couldn't get up by herself so Mason went out with her and she was even more terrified. We've learned that Marae is NOT a thrill seeker yet once again. Adelyn went out with Mason too... she looks terrified in these pictures but she actually was having fun until the water sprayed her in the face.
Wyatt didn't like the lake. It was too cold.
This is where I spent the majority of the trip - trying to get a baby to take naps. This will be my last summer ever doing that!! Somehow knowing that made it more bearable.
Mason and Adrian took the boys up to Crystal Lake. They swung on the rope swing and took kayaks across the lake. The pictures they took were beautiful.
