Raining teeth...

It has been raining teeth here in first grade. I'll tell you what! I have NEVER had so many kids lose their teeth in two days at school. Usually they lose them at home. It could have to do with the fact that when they lose their teeth they get to put it in a little tooth case necklace that is just to die for apparently. So when the first one came out yesterday, everyone started pulling!

Why am I blogging about this you ask? Because it grosses me out!!! Have you ever had a child come up to you with their tooth hanging by a thread while pushing it back and forth in blood saying, "Look teacher!! It's going to come out!!" Ewww... It really is disgusting. Then the really creative ones figure out things to do with the dangling tooth, like sucking it in and out it's hole, twirling it with their fingers, turning it sideways and letting it protrude out of their mouths like a hill-billy, chasing girls around with it. Oh the joys of first grade. I really do love it... just not the whole teeth losing thing.

I was hoping someone out there had taken a picture of a tooth hanging by a thread... but alas... this is all I could come up with.

That is really funny. Every kid who has a loose tooth - or loses one - makes sure to tell me when they're out at recess! I'm glad they don't want me to pull it out, or show me gross dangling teeth. Hee hee.

LOL! It is gross. Especually when you are pregnant. I swear things make you a lot more sick and grossed out when you are pregnant then when you're not. :) Mental note to my self, don't do the tooth necklaces because it makes kids rip their teeth out left and right. ha ha ha... But I bet they love it, so it is good of you to keep it up and let them have fun with it. :) Hope school is going swell. :) I am BORED at home. I am just sitting in bed wanting to go crazy. I could go unpack my stuff but I hate moving a lot now these days. LOL I miss you all!!!

I'm with you. It's only slightly less gross when it's your own kid. At least you don't have to be in charge of informing the tooth fairy right? Speaking of which.. the absent minded tooth fairy left Deacon's first tooth in the dresser at the Disneyland hotel. Sorry Housekeeping.

I'm with you! Whenever one of my students comes over to me with their dangling little tooth hanging on by a white and bloody root I want to gag! Those stringy little things holding them on are gross! It's sick! I send them to the office for a tooth box and call it good!

Yeah...that's GROSS! I was thinking...I don't know how she deals with that...and then read on. Good to hear I'm not the only one who has to turn away for a sec when they hold up their trophy! Funny lil ones!

Generic Viagra can help with sexual activity. Viagra works on some of the muscles in your penis that help control the blood flow (when we're teens, the control over these muscles isn't always perfect which is why erections would sometimes pop up at inconvenient moments). Cialis encourages these muscles to let more blood flow into the penis when the time is right.
