Mason and I have decided to do a little spring cleaning of our bodies. We have started this plan that is really strict. It's a diet but basically you can eat all the fruits and vegetables that you want. There are also recipes in the book that you can cook made out of completely natural ingredients. It's been interesting so far. We started it yesterday... I know... not that long... but I am feeling optimistic about this.
Every morning I wake up and drink a glass of fresh lemon water then follow that 20 minutes later with pure cranberry juice with psyllium husk. That's the hardest part. That pure cranberry juice and husk is kinda rough. After that I can eat all the fruit I want until lunch. It's not that bad actually. I'm excited to see how I feel after this. Of course there is much more to it, but it isn't as hard as some of the other detoxes Mason has wanted us to do.
It says that it not only cleans out your body of all the toxins, but it also helps you have more energy. That is what sold me the most. I get so tired at school and run out of energy fast. I am really excited to try this out. I will keep you posted.
Part of the reason I am blogging about this is so that hopefully I will feel more obligated to follow it being everyone knows.
